The following classes are offered as sanctions in the Shasta Co. Youth/Peer Court:

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs (ATOD) Class - Four 2 hr. classes.  Parents must attend the first session

Life Skills -The Ropes - One eight hour class held on a Saturday

Victim Impact Class-  Two hour class

CARE Program for drug or alcohol use or anger management- Twelve weeks for 1 hour each week of classes, including counseling and drug testing

Anger Management - Twelve weeks for 1 hour each week

Shoplifting Program (home study)- Cost of $40, completed using a computer

Choices for Life Coroner's Tour - 1 hour tour and discussion at the Coroner's Office

Boys Council - 10-12 weeks of boys ages 9-18 meeting in a group setting with adult facilitators

Project EX - Four 2 hour classes to provide tobacco cessation information for teens interested in stopping their tobacco use
